The Modena is the newest premium addition to the Hydrofire family. It is elegantly designed with a simple frame and 2 externally mounted air control mechanisms, with Teflon seals. This, along with a neatly hidden ashtray and space logs of wood, makes the Modena an effortless addition to your home. The unit is manufactured tough, featuring 4mm sturdy steel construction and at 11kw power, can heat up a medium to large sized living space during those winter months. The Modena provides 80% efficiency and features a primary, secondary and tertiary air supply to the combustion process. This fireplace is Eco Design 2022 ready, meeting the strictest upcoming European fireplace requirements.

• Installation required is a standard installation, meaning from position of the fireplace straight upwards through the ceiling and through roof with no obstruction of roof trusses. • Any additional flue pipes or bends (offsets) required during installation to be added to the final invoice. • Best position for fireplace to be discussed and agreed upon before the installation. • Roofing material is quoted as roof tiles. Inside height from floor to ceiling does not exceed 2.6 meter & from ceiling to roof pitch does not exceed 2 meter. • 12 months waterproofing warranty included. Travel costs covered in installation is Pretoria and Johannesburg, further distances to be discussed and quoted accordingly. • The quotation and special will be proportionally adjusted for any specifications that varies from the above specifications. • Installation dates reserved are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
